My stay at Pullman Melbourne on Swanston was fairly disappointing. While I found the location to be centrally located and convenient, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff interactions were inconsistent, with some being helpful while others were unapproachable. Overall, it wasn't a great experience due to the conditions of the room and the lack of follow-up from management.

My stay was a mixed bag. The hotel is beautiful with spacious and comfy rooms, and the staff did their best to help me out. Unfortunately, renovations were quite disruptive, starting early and sometimes going late into the night. Overall, it was not the relaxing stay I had hoped for, especially for a hotel of this caliber.
